2. Which data do we process?
The website does not submit a briefing form. The email button opens your own email client. We receive data only when you send the message yourself, such as your name, company, business email address, location, preferred shoot period, budget indication, intended message and planned use of the content.
Cloudflare may process limited technical data, such as IP address and request information, for hosting, security and troubleshooting. The website can remember your language choice locally and hold source or campaign data temporarily in your browser session. This information is not added to your email automatically. Plausible processes limited, aggregated usage data without creating advertising profiles.
3. Why do we process this data?
- To review your request, contact you and prepare a presenter match or project proposal.
- To coordinate availability, travel, production and content usage with relevant presenters and suppliers.
- To perform agreements and meet administrative or legal obligations.
- To secure the website and measure and improve its use at an aggregated level.
Processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests and, where required, consent.
4. Who receives the data?
We do not sell personal data. The website does not process enquiries through a server-side form. If you send an email, your email provider and STRATO, as our mailbox provider, process the message.

- Cloudflare for website hosting and security.
- Plausible for cookieless, aggregated website statistics.
Relevant project information can be shared with a company, presenter, payroll provider or production partner when necessary for a potential match or assignment. We limit this to what is required.
5. How long do we retain data?
We keep personal data no longer than necessary. Emails about enquiries are removed when they are no longer needed and are reviewed periodically. If a project proceeds, data required for the agreement, administration or legal retention duties is kept for the applicable period.
6. Preferences and measurement
NativePitch can store a functional preference for the Dutch or international site. First-touch attribution can be held temporarily in browser session storage; it is not added to your email automatically. Plausible provides aggregated statistics without creating advertising profiles. Cloudflare may process temporary technical data to secure the website and prevent abuse.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to hello@nativepitch.nl. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.
8. Security and international transfers
We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an applicable transfer mechanism and contractual data-protection safeguards.
